From its discovery in Alberta and being made from North American ginseng grown in Canada right through to being tested to ensure every batch meets and exceeds Health Canada criteria, all but one step in COLD-FX's extensive manufacturing process takes place in Canada, and all employ Canadian technology and expertise.

Clinical trials establishing COLD-FX’s safety, efficacy, and mechanism of action have been conducted at seven Canadian universities, and published in peer reviewed publications including the country’s foremost scientific journal, the Canadian Medical Association Journal.
