Recommended Use
COLD-FX® Extra Strength helps reduce the frequency, severity and duration of cold and flu symptoms by boosting the immune system. It helps reduce overall symptoms of sore throat, fever, cough, headache, runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, malaise, ear-aches and hoarseness. It provides further reduction of cold and flu symptoms when taken with a flu shot. COLD-FX® Extra Strength helps to increase production of certain types of cytokines that may signal and activate the immune system in high performing athletes.
Recommended Dose
Children 12 years of age and older: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily.
Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily, up to 6 capsules per day.
COLD-FX® Extra Strength may be taken for the duration of the Cold and Flu Season.

Contraindications
Individuals with known allergies to ginseng should avoid use of this product.
Cautions and Warnings
Individuals requiring anti-coagulant therapy such as warfarin should avoid the use of COLD-FX®. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Not recommended for individuals with impaired liver or renal function. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes.

Never, had an issue with taking this product. And, it works for me. I would never say I do not get sick when taking it as instructioned. However, it sure helps.

Pricey but they work
I buy Cold-FX without fail every time I run out of it. Why? Because it REALLY works. At the first sign of a cold, it takes care of symptoms, and I never get sick. It’s a true preventative! Thank you, Canada, for continuing to make this available!
