Recommended Use:

• Helps to prevent Vitamin D deficiency.
• Source of antioxidants. Provides antioxidants that help fight against the oxidative damage caused by free radicals.
• Helps in energy metabolism and in tissue formation.
• Helps to maintain immune function.
• Helps reduce the frequency, severity, and duration of cold and flu symptoms by boosting the immune system.

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a healthcare professional for use beyond 12 weeks.

Medicinal Ingredients
Each capsule contains 200 mg of the active ingredient Panax quinquefolius (North American Ginseng 4:1, 800 mg, herbal equivalent), 12.5 mcg/ 500 I.U. of Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), 15 mg of Zinc (Zinc Citrate), 1 mg of Copper (Copper Citrate), and 125 mg of Quercetin (Quercetin dihydrate).

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Colloidal silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose.

Contraindications: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Individuals with known allergies to ginseng should avoid use of COLD-FX^®.

Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care professional prior to use if you are taking blood thinners or digoxin. Consult a health care professional prior to use if you have diabetes. Not recommended for individuals with impaired liver or renal function. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
